Reviews of Langham Huntington Pasadena

The hotel is in a serene location near a picturesque Japanese garden and lush greenery, which creates an oasis-like experience. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all modern amenities. The breakfast service is excellent, featuring a great variety of delicious food. The rooms offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding areas and beautiful landscapes. The leisure facilities are top-notch, particularly the swimming pool and yoga classes, which our group of friends enjoyed the most.
One aspect needs improvement, but it doesn't hinder the overall experience.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise that exceeded my expectations! The exclusive amenities, such as the outdoor heated swimming pool with sun loungers and the exquisite spa centre, made my stay unforgettable. The treatment room was exceptional, offering a body scrub and a massage that left me revitalized. The garden area was peaceful, and the entertainment in the poolside snack bar was enjoyable. The catering service and the special diet menus were outstanding, and, in my room, the in-room breakfast and the private facilities were unquestionably the best that I have ever had.
The only minor issue that I encountered was the noise level from the nearby road that disrupted my sleep slightly. However, the soundproof windows minimized the disturbance to some extent.

Over Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. We really enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast and the attentive staff who always greeted us with a smile. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy nearby attractions. Additionally, we appreciated the free shuttle service that added convenience to our stay.
Unfortunately, our room was quite noisy, and we had trouble sleeping at night. The walls seemed too thin, and we could hear guests walking in the hallway and talking in the room next door. Moreover, our bill was not accurate, and we had to spend extra time correcting it during check-out. Despite these minor issues, we still had a great time overall.

We had a luxurious and fantastic stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The staff was polite and attentive, providing excellent service. The Spa & wellness centre with sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, body scrub, massage and facial were rejuvenating. The sun terrace, garden area and outdoor heated swimming pool with sun loungers were also enjoyable. The catering service, poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area had delicious food and drinks. The location had easy access to Old Town Pasadena with a free shuttle service.
The only negative aspect was the lack of seating by the pool. Even though the pool was lovely and the weather perfect, we were unable to relax by the pool together as a family due to limited seating. Only early risers could reserve a seat. This was one minor inconvenience that slightly diminished the otherwise excellent experience. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed my New Year's stay at this resort. The free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast buffet were great perks. The hotel was located close to the downtown area and offered convenient shuttle service. The beautifully landscaped grounds and stunning architecture added to the charming ambiance of my stay.
While my experience was generally positive, there were a few areas that could be improved. The hot water was not only too hot but also took a long time to heat up. Additionally, the service at the Tap Room was subpar, with long waits and dirty tables. I still had a pleasant stay, but there is room for improvement in some areas.

Great complementary breakfast and welcome drinks upon arrival. Location is close to major attractions and easy to get around. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.
The showerhead was not working properly and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Air conditioning was noisy and the street outside was loud at all hours. The staff was not accommodating and did not seem to care about our issues. Will not be staying again.

It is an incredible base for celebrating anniversary. We appreciated our coffee with goodies at Julienne. Best resort we have stayed in.
Maybe the street, it was noisy. The room seemed musty. Sadly, but there was bad smell.

Close enough to the airport, 25 km. We really loved the balcony, it was good

The food in all restaurants was very good. Operation top.
Air conditioning would also work draught-free. Didn't matter because of the temperature, because we could sleep with the window open.

Old, but very stylishly renovated house with beautiful park in a villa area south of Pasadena. Very well maintained with friendly staff. Is a special accommodation in the often interchangeable hotel industry.
I could well do without the obligatory valet parking and use the 29 dollars to finance the not quite cheap breakfast.

First we were taken to a nice room, but in a somewhat remote outbuilding. After a complaint but still in the main building as in the years before.

Spectacular grounds as well as surrounding areas (neighborhood. Very classy and luxurious.. Wonderful stay will be back in 6 months or so. Staff very friendly and inviting. specifically jose at front desk was professional and kind. Mo I beleive was the Hotel Manager / Director very kind and welcoing professional, my family was very excited to be there.
Such a minor thing, however the pillows could have been firmer that is personal preference

We were unexpectedly upgraded to Club, and enjoyed the free, excellent breakfast. Staff was uniformly helpful, and so was the advice we got about Pasadena from the concierge. Our room was very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I have stayed in Langham hotels around the world and were extremely disappointed with out stay with you. We realized you had a problem with the storm; but why did you not put on more staff to cope with it? And why did you merge the local emergencies with guests (it took 40 minutes to for our valet to get our car). When we booked, I expected a $400 room and was given something far less and not at all what I expected. I was also told you could cater for gluten-free diets, which I require, but your dining room acted as if that was a strange request they had never heard of. "Nothing sir" was all they could tell me. In light of this experience, I feel you owe my wife and me a written reply of some sort. Please redeem the good reputation we thought the Langham Huntington had.
